Change of date for April singing in Grafton

This is just a reminder that, because of Easter Sunday falling on the second Sunday of April, we will be holding our monthly Grafton singing on the third Sunday instead:  Sunday, April 15, 2012 from 7 – 9 pm at the Grafton Community Centre (135 Old Danforth Road in Grafton, ON).  Please come and join us as we celebrate our Fifth Anniversary as a group!

“Opening Song” Poll

At our May 9th singing, we discovered a new favorite in the Sacred Harp:  #328 – “Praise God” (thank you to the singer who chose it for us!).   It is so fantastic, in fact, that I would like to suggest that we adopt it as an official ”opening song” for our group, just as #282 is our usual “closing song”.
